There are currently three ways in which you can donate to Westside Presbyterian Church:

• Monthly Pre-Authorized Remittance (set up PAR with this form)

• Cash/Cheque (Via Drop Box, Mail or offering envelope)

For donations via cash or cheque please include your name, and full address to receive a donation tax receipt
